Navarro Abogados is a member of the Institute of Tax Analysis of Uruguay and is continuously involved in advising our clients on several aspects of the Uruguayan tax law. In addition, the members of our Tax Law department have occupied prestigious positions at the Uruguayan Tax Bureau (Dirección General Impositiva) and are constantly consulted by the government agency to provide expert opinions. The members of our Tax Law team are frequent speakers at prestigious tax related events. Our Tax Law department focuses on all aspects of the Uruguayan tax legal system such as social security taxes, corporate income taxes and specific taxes that are applicable to the different commercial activities and/or property.
