We have an experienced litigation team that deals with all types of dispute resolutions alternatives. We represent our clients in negotiation, mediation, arbitration and litigation procedures and our team always puts the needs of the client at the head of the negotiations. Our Litigation department is continuously assisted by the other teams of the firm in order to provide a complete and excellent service. We have represented our clients in complex commercial litigation cases, civil claims, administrative procedures, labor claims and tax claims against the government.

Additionally, our Litigation department has represented a number of companies on arbitration procedures obtaining in most of them successful awards for our clients. We are currently representing an American investment fund on a procedure at the Arbitral Tribunal of Paris of the International Chamber of Commerce.
