Our firm has participated in a number of reorganization procedures and has successfully negotiated bankruptcy protection for our clients. We usually participate in the negotiations of the terms and conditions of the reorganization procedure and assist our clients negotiating with their creditors. We have recently represented two of our clients in the liquidation and winding-up of their businesses. Our firm also provides credit management and debt-collection services.
